I purchased the Barong for my wedding. It was worn by my father who was honored to wear the traditional clothing of my fiancé who’s Filipino. Our wedding mass was filled with Filipino traditions to honor my fiancés family. Thanks to barong world we were able to bring tradition to my family (we’re white) and felt unified. This Barong is stunning! My husband normally wears 1XL American so we ordered 2XL in the Barong and it fit with room. He probably could fit the 1XL but the 2XL gives him a little room for dancing and moving around a lot. Details and material is PERFECT. It’s a short sleeve Barong and looks great.
