Barong World's Exchange & Return Policy 

We allow exchanges on all product orders but no refunds in all cases. As the items are all handmade quality textile materials. Customers will be in the one to pay the return label to ship the item back to our country distribution centre and thee new shipping cost for the replacement. We recommend to review the size chart thoroughly to get a 99% Perfect fit guarantee and for dresses we suggest you can provide your exact measurements.

Cancellations of order are allowed 48 hours from placing the order and full refund will be issued in cases of mistakes or changes of mind.

Process of exchange:

• Email us at mabuhay@barongworld.com within 7 days of receiving the item so we can confirm the right size for you. Our barong virtual customer care will help you identify the best sizing.
• You need to send us back the item at our global stockist location and send the confirmation to our email before we can send out the replacement.
• Custom sizes are not refundable but exchange is allowed if the sizes are not correct. If you are in doubt simply choose the regular sizes we have on the size chart as they usually have a 99% fitting guarantee. 
• There is a $15 fee for re-stocking, plus a $7 delivery charge for exchanges. Afterward, we will dispatch the correct item and a new tracking number to your address. This policy applies to all barong and bolero items. The re-stocking fee for Filipiniana dresses, Pinilian, and Barong coats will be $49, along with the standard $7 delivery charge.
