Barong World's Exchange Policy
In very rare instances that the sizing does not fit, Barongworld gives you the possibility to exchange our handmade products if its defective or incorrect sizing within 2 days of receiving the item. But using our size chart with the allowance will guarantee you a perfect fit for you.
Process of exchange:
- Email us at email@example.com within 3 days of receiving the item so we can confirm the right size for you. Our barong virtual customer care will help you identify the best sizing.
- You need to send us back the item at our global stockist location and send the confirmation to our email.
- A re-stocking fee of $25 is charge + a standard $19 for delivery for all exchange and we will then send a new correct item to your address with a new tracking number for your reference.
Custom orders and sizes are not REFUNDABLE & EXCHANGEABLE. If you are in doubt simply choose the regular sizes we have on the size chart as they usually have a 99% fitting guarantee.
Cancellations are not allowed for all CUSTOM SIZE Orders. For regular size orders cancellation of order is only 48 hours from the time order has been placed.We don't have any refunds for all orders currently.
