Barong World's Exchange & Return Policy

We offer exchanges for all product orders but do not provide refunds. Since our items are handcrafted from high-quality textile materials, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost to our distribution center, as well as the shipping fee for the replacement item. To ensure the best fit, we strongly recommend reviewing the size chart carefully, and for dresses, you may provide your exact measurements for greater accuracy.

Order cancellations are allowed within 48 hours of purchase, and a full refund will be issued in cases of mistakes or changes of mind.

Process of exchange:

We do not offer refunds; only exchanges are available for all products. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in original, unused condition with all tags and pacakaging.
Email us at mabuhay@barongworld.com your order number and reason for return. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Our barong virtual customer care will help you identify the best sizing.
Custom sizes are not refundable but exchange is allowed if the sizes are not correct. If you are in doubt simply choose the regular sizes we have on the size chart as they usually have a 99% fitting guarantee.
There is a $15 re-stocking fee and a $7 delivery charge for exchanges. Once these fees are covered, we will ship the correct item to your address. This policy applies to all barong and bolero items. The re-stocking fee for Filipiniana dresses, Pinilian, and Barong coats will be $49, along with the standard $7 delivery charge.
Clearance sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refund.
