  • Rush orders7–14 days

    Choose rush delivery at checkout. An extra fee applies.

Ordering for a wedding or event? Order early, and choose Express or rush delivery if your date is close.

How shipping works

  1. You place your order

    Choose your size and delivery option at checkout.

  2. We pack it with care

    Your order is carefully packed so it arrives in good shape.

  3. You track it to your door

    We send a tracking number. Parcels travel with USPS, DHL Express or FedEx.

Duties and taxes. Your country may charge import duties and taxes, and these are paid by the person receiving the order. Since August 29, 2025, the USA also charges duties on orders under $800.

Returns and exchanges at a glance

Every piece is handmade, so we offer exchanges instead of refunds. Here's what that means for you.

  • Exchanges on all products

    Swap for another size or item. Refunds are not offered, except when we make a mistake (see below).

  • 14 days to send it back

    Return the item within 14 days of receiving it, unused, with all tags and the original packaging.

  • Cancel within 48 hours

    Changed your mind or made a mistake? Cancel within 48 hours of ordering for a full refund.

  • Refunds for our mistakes

    If we send the wrong item, color or size, get your measurements wrong, or the item is defective, you get a refund.

  • Custom sizes

    Custom-size orders can't be refunded, but we'll exchange them if the size isn't right. Unsure? Choose a regular size from the size chart.

  • Clearance is final sale

    Clearance items can't be returned or refunded.

How to exchange an item

  1. Email us

    Send your order number and the reason to mabuhay@barongworld.com. We'll help you pick the right size.

  2. Send the item back

    Ship it to us within 14 days of receiving it. Return shipping is paid by you.

  3. Get your new item

    Once the fees below are paid, we ship the correct item to you.

Fees apply to in-stock orders for US customers. Shipping fees may be different for other countries.

About discounts. Clearance items and groom's packages are not eligible for the 20% bulk discount.

Yes. Every order gets a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. You can also use our order tracking page.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide, including the USA, Canada, the UK and Europe, Australia and New Zealand, the Middle East, South America, the Philippines and Asia. See delivery times above.

How do I avoid needing an exchange?

Check the size chart before you order. For dresses, you can send us your exact measurements. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll help you choose.

Can I get measured or pick up my order in person?
