Shipping is handled by third-party carriers such as DHL, UPS, or USPS. Once your order has left our warehouse, any delivery delays are outside of our control. For more details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in the following situations:

• Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier
• Failed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address
• No one being available to receive or collect the package
• Refusal to accept the delivery
• Failure to collect the package from the courier or postal service

We appreciate your understanding, as these situations are managed by the shipping provider and not our store.

To be eligible for a return:

• You must request a return and ship the item with a tracking number within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved:

• Return shipping costs are not covered by us.
• Refunds apply to the product only (shipping fees are non-refundable).
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

Please note:

• Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• We cannot accept returns sent more than 30 days after delivery.
