Customers will be in the one to pay the return label to ship the item back to our country distribution centre and thee new shipping cost for the replacement. Process of exchange:
Email us at mabuhay@barongworld.com within 7 days of receiving the item so we can confirm the right size for you. Our barong virtual customer care will help you identify the best sizing.
You need to send us back the item at our global stockist location and send the confirmation to our email before we can send out the replacement.
Custom sizes are not refundable but exchange is allowed if the sizes are not correct. If you are in doubt simply choose the regular sizes we have on the size chart as they usually have a 99% fitting guarantee.

Overall this is a lovely piece of barong, The quality and the finish is made to perfection. The last button on the collar should have been finish with an elastic thread for comfort but otherwise it's a good looker!
