The quality of the Kimona is really great but there was nowhere in the website (picture or description) that showed that it is open in the back. It did not even have button to close it up. At first, they won't even let me return the item. It was only when I insisted that they did so.

I ordered a custom sized Barong and skirt about 1 month before my event; terrible planning on my end. Customer service was very kind and accommodating and I told them I needed the item asap and the fastest shipping they have. The whole outfit came within 3 weeks, 4 days before the event and I got so many compliments on it.
